Ensalada de Tomate con queso de Cabra or Tomato salad with goat cheese

4 tomates                                                   4 tomatoes
Queso de cabra                                         Goat cheese
Orégano                                                     Oregano
Aceite de oliva                                              Olive oil          
Sal                                                                Salt
1 cebolla pequeña                                          1 small onion

PREPARACION  /  PREPARATION:

*  Picar en cuadritos el Tomate y el Queso de Cabra.  /  Chop into cubes Tomatoes and Goat Cheese.
* Picar en Tiras la cebolla  (esta se puede obviar si se quiere)  /   Chop the onion into strips (this can be waived if you like)
* En un bol, añadir la cebolla, el tomate, el queso y el oregano. Rociar con el aceite de oliva  /  In a bowl, add the onion, tomato, cheese and oregano. Drizzle with olive oil
